Note: Lofty is rolling out in stages. Depending on the version your account is on, some features or screens described in this article may look different or may not yet be available to you.
Introduction
The Social page — titled Social Agent with an AI badge — is Lofty's social-media workspace. Its AI planner drafts a weekly cycle of posts for you to review, a composer lets you write or AI-generate one-off posts, and separate tabs track published posts, engagement, and a feed of shareable listing content.
Opening Social
- In the left menu, go to Marketing → Social.
The page opens on the Planner tab. The header shows the Planner, Posts, and Listing Feed tabs, with Create a Post and Ask Lofty AI in the top-right corner.
Reviewing the Planner
The Planner tab pairs a Social Calendar month grid on the left with the suggestion queue on the right:
- The right panel is titled Suggestions for the cycle of … (for example, “Jun 30 - Jul 6”); Previous Cycle and Next Cycle step between weekly cycles, and the refresh icon regenerates the view.
- Each suggestion card sits under its planned day (for example, Sunday, Jul 5) and shows a content-type label (such as Holiday Post, Investment Insights, or Market Insights), a generated image, the drafted post text with hashtags, and a Post Status: value — Pending Review and Expired were observed.
- Cards that are Pending Review carry an Approve button plus edit and delete icons.
Warning: Approve accepts an AI-drafted post that is Pending Review for posting. Read the generated copy and image first — suggestions are written entirely by the AI.
Configuring Planner Settings
- On the Planner tab, click Settings below the calendar.
- The SOCIAL AGENT SETTINGS dialog opens on its Planner tab; Subscription and Brand Kit tabs sit alongside it, with Brand Kit marked Soon.
- Review the settings:
- Post To — a Select Channels... picker for the channels the planner posts to.
- Content Type — one row per suggestion type (Market Insights, Buyer & Seller Guides, Investment Insights, Home Designs, Property Showcase, and Holiday Greeting), each showing its frequency (for example, “Once per week”), its location or holiday list where relevant, and an Edit link.
- Custom Instructions — a 500-character box for standing guidance, described as “Enter any instructions you'd like the Social Agent to follow when generating your post plan.”
- Click Cancel to close the dialog without changes, or Confirm to save.
Creating a Post
- Click Create a Post in the top-right corner.
- The Create a Post composer opens as a full page:
- The header shows Publication Date/Time: Immediately with an Edit button for scheduling, and a Post Now button that stays unavailable while the post is empty.
- Edit Post holds a row of social-channel icons — each carries a + badge until an account is connected — above the text box “Share your thoughts, or let AI shape the perfect post!” and an Add Images/Video tile.
- Preview below renders the post as it will appear.
- The Social Agent panel on the right is an AI chat that drafts the post for you: it greets you with prompt suggestions (for example, “Share your top 5 tips for first-time homebuyers!”) and takes free-form direction in the “Describe the content you'd like to post...” box.
- To leave without posting, click the back arrow next to the page title.
Warning: Post Now publishes the post to your connected channels. Use the Edit button next to Publication Date/Time to schedule instead of posting immediately.
Connecting Profiles and Tracking Posts
Click the Posts tab to manage channels and published posts. The tab has 3 panels:
- Social Profiles — connect buttons for each network: Connect Facebook, Connect Instagram, Connect X, Connect YouTube, Connect LinkedIn, and Connect Google, plus an Add Channel entry and a Social Channels button at the bottom of the rail.
- Engagements — interaction results, with a filter icon; until you post it shows “Start posting to see engagements.”
- Your Posts — your post history with list and calendar view toggles; when empty it shows “Create your first post now!” with a Create Post button.
Note: Connecting a profile hands off to that network's own sign-in flow. Until at least one profile is connected, posts have no destination channel.
Browsing the Listing Feed
Click the Listing Feed tab to work with listing-based content:
- The Category rail counts listings by group — Monitored Listings, My Listings, Office Listings, and Other Listings — with Feed Settings at the bottom.
- The feed lists listing cards, each with an address and a Trigger: line, searchable from the Search For Listing ... box.
Note: On the account used for this article, the feed content was dimmed behind the message “Final Touch: Secure round-the-clock peace of mind. Enable your tracker now.” with an Unlock button — the feed becomes usable once the tracker is enabled.
