Introduction
Content Studio builds your marketing pieces — emails, print mailers, and newsletters — and the fastest way to start is with Lofty AI: describe what you want, set a couple of options, and Lofty drafts a ready-to-edit design for you.
Opening the Create Screen
- In the left menu, go to Content Studio → Designs.
- Click Create (or Create Design on an empty page). The screen reads *"Create marketing content with Lofty AI."*
Describe What You Want
In the prompt box (*"What would you like to create today?"*), type a plain-language description of the piece — for example, *"a just-listed announcement for my new downtown condo."*
Set the Options
Below the prompt, three selectors focus the result:
- Material — the format: Email, Print, or Newsletter.
- Goal — the marketing purpose: Promote a Listing, Market Update, Holiday / Seasonal, Stay in Touch, or Agent Branding.
- Listing — attach a specific listing so Lofty pulls in its real price, address, and photos.
Use the + button to attach your own files or assets for the AI to work from.
Generate
Click Generate. Lofty AI drafts the design and opens it in the Content Studio editor, where you can refine the text, swap images, and adjust the layout before saving.
Note: Attaching a Listing is the difference between a generic template and a finished piece — the AI fills in the property's details automatically, so you spend less time editing. New to Content Studio? The Watch Guide link at the top plays a short walkthrough.
