Introduction
Assets is your media library — the images, videos, and brand elements you reuse across every Content Studio design. Upload your logo, headshot, and listing photos once, and pull them into any postcard, email, or social post.
Opening Assets
In the left menu, go to Content Studio → Assets. It has three tabs:
- Images — your photos and graphics.
- Videos — your video files.
- Brand kit — your brand elements for consistent branding.
Uploading Images
- On the Images tab, click Upload.
- Select the file(s) to add.
Organize images with the category filters — All, Listing, Logo, Headshot, and Other — and find them later with Search or by sorting (for example, Last Modified).
Videos and Brand Kit
- Videos — upload and manage video assets the same way.
- Brand kit — keep your brand's colors, logo, and fonts together so your designs stay on-brand.
Tip: Upload your Logo and Headshot first — they're used automatically in many templates and signatures, so getting them in once saves editing on every design.
