Introduction
Templates are pre-designed starting points for your marketing pieces — postcards, emails, and newsletters — so you're never staring at a blank canvas. Content Studio ships a library of ready-made Lofty Designs, and you can save your own to reuse.
Opening Templates
In the left menu, go to Content Studio → Templates. Four tabs organize what's available:
- Lofty Designs — professionally designed templates provided by Lofty.
- My Templates — templates you've created or saved.
- Video Library — video templates.
- Email — email templates.
Finding a Template
- Use the type filters — All, Postcard, Email, Newsletters — to narrow the grid.
- Use Search or All Filters to find a specific design.
Each tile shows a thumbnail preview so you can scan for the right look.
Using a Template
Click a template to open it in the Content Studio editor, where you customize the text and images and then save or send it. Templates include merge fields — placeholders like #agent_name# and #agent_phone# — that automatically fill in your details when the piece goes out.
Creating Your Own Template
Click Create in the top-right corner to build a new template from scratch. Templates you make are saved under the My Templates tab for reuse.
Tip: Start from a Lofty Design and tweak it rather than building from scratch — you keep a polished layout and only change the parts you need.
