Advanced Control Panel for Agent/Office Criteria (Lofty AOS)

Introduction

The Advanced Control Panel is an additional setting that appears when you add Agent or Office criteria to a listing filter — but only when the Sold listing type is selected. It lets you specify whether the agent/office criteria should match based on the listing side, the buyer side, or both.

How to Access the Advanced Control Panel

1. In the Listing Filter editor, set the Listing Type to Sold.
2. Add an Agent or Office criterion to a group.
3. A gear (⚙️) icon appears next to the criterion.
4. Click the gear icon to open the Advanced Control Panel.

The Four Filter Options

Filter by Both the Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent Display listings where the specified agent represented both sides of the transaction (listed the property AND represented the buyer).

Filter by Listing Agent Only Display listings where the specified agent was the listing agent — regardless of who represented the buyer.

Filter by Buyer's Agent Only *(default)* Display listings where the specified agent represented the buyer — regardless of who listed the property. This is the default selection.

Filter by Listing Agent OR Buyer's Agent Display all listings where the specified agent appeared on either side of the transaction. This is the broadest option and will include the most listings.

Multiple Agents

If you add more than one agent to the criterion, the relationship between them is OR. For example, adding Agent A and Agent B will display Agent A's relevant sold listings plus Agent B's relevant sold listings.

Each group in your filter can have different Advanced Control Panel settings — you can set Group 1 to show Listing Agent Only and Group 2 to show Buyer's Agent Only.

Office Criteria

The same four options and the same OR logic apply when you use Office instead of Agent as the criterion. Use Office criteria to display all sold listings associated with a specific brokerage office.

Save Your Filter

After configuring, click the blue Save button at the bottom of the filter editor, then publish your site.
