We've launched a fleet of AI Agents to help you work smarter by automating everyday tasks, surfacing timely insights, and keeping data organized across your workflow. By handling repetitive actions, like lead updates, follow‑ups, and data syncing, these tools free you to focus on building relationships and closing deals. The result is faster response times, better visibility into client intent, and a more efficient, consistent experience from lead to close.

AI Lead Analysis
AI Lead Analysis gives you a fast, AI-powered way to understand the health and quality of your lead database, identify high-priority opportunities, and take action immediately. With clear segmentation, data health insights, and built-in next steps, you can focus on what matters most.

Sales Agent Task Notifications
The Sales Agents now sends immediate, AI-powered notifications when important tasks are created, ensuring calls, appointments, and follow-ups happen at the right moment. These notifications and reminders include AI-generated context and direct actions, helping you quickly understand what matters and prepare more effectively—so no opportunity is missed.
Highlights:
- Instant notifications when Sales Agent creates a call, appointment, or task (via push, SMS, and/or email)
- AI-generated reminders before scheduled calls and meetings with task-specific guidance
- One-click access to actions like generating a tailored call script or reviewing appointment insights
- Available to all sales agent users

Sales Agent AI Suggestion Optimization
When the Sales Agent recommends that you call a lead, the call script is now created in just one click!

Property Alerts: Automatic Frequency Control
Property Alerts are now smarter and more personalized. With Automatic Frequency Control, Lofty adjusts how often alerts are sent based on each lead’s real engagement—helping you reach clients at the right time without overwhelming them.
What’s new:
- Alert frequency automatically adjusts based on opens and clicks
- Highly engaged leads receive updates more frequently when interest is high
- Less‑engaged leads receive fewer emails while staying subscribed

Group Text, Now More Flexible
Group Text has been enhanced to support richer conversations with multiple agents and leads in the same thread. These updates make it easier to collaborate, reply seamlessly, and understand who’s involved—without breaking text workflows.

- Add multiple agents (using virtual numbers) and multiple leads to one group
- Agents can reliably reply in Lofty chat
- Clear ownership and text usage rules
- Role labels for better visibility of group members

AI‑Powered Filters and Segments
You can now use AI to build filters and segments faster across People Lists and Segments. These updates make it easier to turn your ideas into accurate filters and segments with less manual setup.
Highlights:
- Use natural language to find and apply filters on the People List
- Create and edit segments with AI‑generated filter suggestions
- Review and confirm filters before applying them

Zapier Optimization
Two new fields have been added to the configuration forms for the Create Lead and Update Lead actions in Zapier:
- TimeFrame (Buyer)
- TimeFrame (Seller)
When values are entered into these fields, the mapped data will sync directly to the corresponding Lofty lead. This enhancement improves Zapier integration flexibility by allowing buyer and seller timelines to be accurately captured and kept in sync.
