After months of development, migration, and listening to your feedback, we’ve rebuilt our Sales Assistant from the ground up to be smarter, more human, and incredibly effective — and it’s now available to every Lofty user.

• Total Contacted: Total outreach messages sent

You can also see all leads Sales Assistant is actively working and mute them directly on this page. 

AI Smart Notifications

We're thrilled to announce the official launch of Smart Notifications, a powerful new feature that's now available to all users for free!

What's different about Smart Notifications?

• Intelligent Summaries, at a Glance: Smart Notifications automatically summarizes your leads' website behavior and new email or message activity. You can instantly grasp the key details without having to manually review a ton of information.

• Actionable Suggestions: Beyond just providing information, Smart Notifications offers suggestions for your next step. This helps you quickly decide on and take the most effective follow-up action.

AI Call Summary

Copilot can summarize key points from call recordings and suggest next steps after a call ends! This was a highly-requested feature from multiple users. This is available to all Lofty users in both the unlimited and freemium version of Copilot.

Mobile Dashboard

The dashboard on the Lofty mobile app has been updated to more closely match the dashboard in the web app. If you've enabled notifications for the Lofty mobile app, expect to see a new notification at 8am daily with that day's top priorities. 

We've also added quick actions. Swipe left to quickly text, email, or call a lead or to mark an appointment as completed or postponed. 

If the daily priorities notification isn't for you, navigate to your app settings to disable this notification.

DNC.com Integration Enhancements

If you utilize DNC.com to manage your Do Not Contact list and Business Relationships, we have an enhancement for you! This update will allow you to sync your Lofty Internal Do Not Contact list with the Internal DNC list that is hosted in your DNC.com account. We also allow you to link a specific DNC.com project to Lofty, which will help you stay organized.
