Introduction
Working Hours and Vacation Mode are settings that can be adjusted by individual Lofty users and Team Owners/Admins in order to keep leads from being sent when a specific Lofty user is unavailable. If Working Hours are established and a lead comes in outside of those hours, it will not be sent to those who are marked as unavailable per the Working Hours or their Vacation Mode is toggled on.

Summary
Individual Lofty User Setup
Individual Lofty users can set this up from their Lofty accounts by doing the following:
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on Profile under My User Settings
- In the Working Hours section, adjust the schedule and/or toggle on/off Vacation Mode.
Team Owner/Admin Setup
A Team Owner/Admin can adjust the schedule for themselves by following the steps outlined above in "Individual User Setup." However, if they wish to adjust the settings for their team members, they can do the following:
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on My Organization under the My User Settings section
- In the Working Hours column, adjust the schedule and/or toggle on/off Vacation Mode for the corresponding team member.
FAQ
Is it possible to set up working hours that are on a night shift or cross-day schedule?
No, this is currently not feasible with the working hour function. Currently, the "end time" always needs to be later than the "start time" meaning you cannot go from PM to AM with the current logic in place.
