Introduction
A Virtual Business Card allows you to quickly send your contact information to a lead via text. Your contact information can be imported directly into the lead's address book or contact management system.

Creating Your Virtual Business Card
Your virtual business card will already be created for you, using the information on your Lofty user profile. If you edit the business card, it will not edit your Lofty account information. This means you can add a different photo, phone number, email address, etc. to your virtual business card, and that information will not automatically be available on your Lofty user profile.
Navigate to Settings > Profile and click Manage My Virtual Business Card to get started.
The Virtual Business Card will automatically import your information from your user profile. Here, you can edit that information or add additional information that you want to share with your contacts. Anything you add or alter on the Virtual Business Card will stay on the Virtual Business Card and will not be added or altered on your user profile or website.
Click Edit to update your Virtual Business Card. The card can only be edited on the web.
The only required information on the Virtual Business Card is your first and last name. All other information is optional. The address, URLs, and notes will be blank and allow you the freedom to complete this information if necessary.
Sharing Your Virtual Business Card
Your Virtual Business Card can only be shared with leads. You can share your card or the Virtual Business Card of any other Lofty users that you can see on your account. This makes it easy to refer your leads to your colleagues.
To send the Virtual Business Card, open a text with the lead and select the business card icon. A list of all of the agents on your account will appear, with your own Virtual Business Card at the top. Use the search bar to find a specific agent's card to send. This functionality is available in both the web and mobile apps.
When the lead receives the Virtual Business Card, it will look like this:
The card is available to view in your chat history with the lead.
