Open Your Welcome Email
After signing up with Lofty, you will receive an email with your username and password details. It will look something like this with your login information as seen in the red box below:
If you have not received the welcome email, please reach out to the account owner and ask them to resend it to you.
Log In
Desktop
First, navigate to https://lofty.com/ and click "Sign In" in the top-right corner:
Enter your username and password as provided in the Welcome Email and then click "OK":
Mobile App
To use Lofty on your phone, we recommend downloading the Lofty mobile app. Learn more here: Download Lofty CRM Mobile App Once the app has been downloaded, sign in using the same credentials as you use to log in to lofty.com.
Change Your Password
To make sure your account is secure, you can change your Lofty login password. To do so, click on the Settings icon from the menu at the top:
Make sure Profile is selected on the left side, and then click "Change Password":
Remember to write down your new password for future reference! If you do happen to forget, you will have the option to reset it if necessary. How to reset your Lofty Password
Change Your Login Email
Navigate to Settings > User > Account & Security to update your Lofty account login email. Click the edit icon next to your email address.
First, you will need to provide a verification code that is sent to your current email address. This protects you from someone else getting into your account and changing your email address. Once the verification code is entered, the login email can be changed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if my agent is not receiving the welcome email to log in to Lofty?
A: First, ask the agent to check their Spam or Junk email folder. If the welcome email didn't land there, please navigate to Settings > Agent and resend the welcome email.
