Office Add-On

Lofty's Office Add-On empowers account owners and admins to transform their individual Lofty platform into a cohesive, team-driven solution with enhanced marketing and management tools.

Why is this great?

1. The Office Add-On offers a more cost-effective solution for smaller accounts compared to Enterprise.
2. The Office Add-On includes all of the features that will help an Office brand and market themselves, in addition to enhanced management tools.
3. Lofty has standardized its platform design so that both single-Team and Enterprise packages share the same structure, simplifying the learning curve.

Platform Design Standardization

Lofty has taken strides to standardize our platform across all account types. This means our internal teams are better able to support you, and your data is compatible as you grow.

Permission Profiles for Team-Type Accounts

Permission Profiles have been loved by our Enterprise customers since we launched them. This update brings Permission Profiles to Team-Type accounts, so you can easily manage permissions across your Lofty users.

Replace "Team" with "Company"

On single-Team accounts, all “Team” verbiage will be replaced with “Company”. 

Website Block Reorganization

We have recategorized our website blocks to make it easier for you to find the blocks that you want to use. The 6 categories are:

Custom: Any Custom blocks you have created

Company: Company Intro (used to be Team), Agent Blocks (Featured or All), Contact, Reviews, Logo Wall (used to be Partners), Vendor, Featured Area, and Group

Content: Hero, Media (video or photo content), Content, CTA

Listings: Listings (Featured or All), Search Bar, Quick Search, Market Snapshot, Market Trends, List Your Home

Lead Capture: Form, Home Valuation, Guide, 

Tools: Tools (Calendar, Calculators), Embed, Blog, Social Feed

Multiple Websites per User (Available November 25)

Drumroll please! This has been one of our top-requested features since the dawn of Lofty's time. With this update, Lofty users can purchase multiple Agent Websites, allowing for combinations like a Group Website alongside one or more Agent Websites. However, multiple Group Websites cannot be purchased by one user at this time.

Why would someone want multiple websites?

1. You might be a Lofty Account or Office Owner and want your own branded sales website, separate from the Company branded site.
2. You might be an Agent who works under multiple brands and wants to enhance your marketing. 
3. You might be an Agent who works in multiple states and wants to focus your online presence on key distinct areas.

BETA - Lofty AI New Features

This beta version of the AI Assistant launched to a select group of users on November 4th. 

Inbox Prioritization

Lofty AI will analyze your inbox and summarize the highest-priority messages, making it easy for you to identify what you need to do to start your day off successfully. 

Call Summary

Lofty AI can provide a call summary and next steps, as long as the call is made using the AI Voice Prompt ("Hey Lofty, call Jacob") AND call recording is turned on.

Email and Text Writing

The AI Assistant consolidates the AI Writing Assistant and the Lofty AI Assistant. With this update, the AI can draft emails and texts specific to your leads' communication history and past activities.
