Lender Improvements
Ads Landing Pages
Lead gen campaigns that are being cost-shared and that use Lofty landing pages will now feature the lender's contact information as well as the agent's information.
If you are cost-sharing a lead generation campaign with multiple lenders, the campaigns will be separate. Therefore, the lender featured on the landing page will be different as well.
Website Improvements
Lender Profiles
Lender profiles are now listed directly on the CMS Editor. This gives easy access to display the lenders associated with an account on the website.
By default, this content will synchronize from the lender's Lofty account profile. So, it is important for a headshot and contact information to be added to that profile. You can edit the introduction for the lender if you would like, but all other details will be locked.
Lender Page
A new Partner Lender Page has been added to all websites by default but will be in the "Hidden Navigation" section unless there is a cost-sharing lender. If there is a cost-sharing lender, it will force the Lender Page to display and cannot be hidden in order to help maintain RESPA compliance.
Agents Can Invite Individual Lenders
Lenders can now be invited by individual agent users on an account as well. They can be invited via Settings > Lender or via the Assigned To section of a lead profile page.
*IMPORTANT: Currently, all invited lenders are shared throughout the whole account. Future optimizations will allow this to be better segmented.
Lender Billing Page
If you have a lender-type account, you will now have access to the Lofty Billing Center by clicking your profile image in the top-right of your CRM and then clicking Billing.
This will give you access to update your billing card on file.
Currently, this does not display any additional information and is only for adding a new billing card if necessary.
Home Report
*This feature is now available for all users via purchase in the Lofty Marketplace. We will further improve the feature to fit the Canadian region.
When cost-sharing the Home Report with a lender, the lender's information will now be listed at the bottom of the report right along with the agent's details.

AI Assistant: Meeting Scheduling
*This feature is available to all users with AI Assistant packages.
Now that the Lofty Calendar's scheduling link can check your calendars for conflicts, the AI Assistant can now share your scheduling link to help get calls for you on your calendar.
*Note: The AI Assistant will not send any scheduling link if you do not have it configured in your calendar settings.
Supported Scenarios
There are three scenarios where the AI Assistant will share your calendar scheduling link:
(1) The lead requests a call
The AI Assistant will provide the Lofty user's phone number in case the lead wants to call directly and it will also provide a scheduling link if they want to book a time with you instead.
(2) The lead wants to be contacted later
If the lead is busy and says they cannot talk now, the AI Assistant will provide the scheduling link so that the lead can book a time for a call if they would like to do so.
(3) The lead is interested in a buyer/seller consultation
The AI Assistant regularly offers to schedule buyer/seller consultations. To do so more effectively, the AI Assistant will now share your scheduling link.
Additional Details
Once scheduled, appointments will be shown in the title of the event that is scheduled. It will look something like this:
The AI Assistant will also monitor conversations with leads whenever a scheduling link is shared. It will watch and determine whether or not the lead has booked a time using the calendar link.
- If the lead did book a time, the AI Assistant will contact the lead 10 minutes later to confirm that they saw an appointment was scheduled and provide the Lofty user's contact information in case they would like to reach out or if their availability changes.
- If the lead did not book a time, the AI Assistant will send a reminder text at least seven hours later (if the link is sent before 12 PM) or if the link was sent after 12 PM it will be sent the next morning at 11 AM. This text will inquire as to whether the lead needs any additional assistance in scheduling an appointment.
- If the lead indicates that they are okay for now, the AI Assistant will reply with the link again and ask the Lofty user to follow up as needed.
- If the lead says they would prefer not to be contacted or do not need assistance, the AI Assistant will end the conversation politely.
AI Assistant: Enterprise Settings Access for Admins
*This feature is only available to Enterprise users with AI Assistant packages.
Enterprise Admins can now also be given access to help manage AI Assistant settings.
Enterprise users with the "Company Features" permission can now access Enterprise AI Assistant settings.
Seller Report
