Your Lofty Front Onboarding Journey: From Payment to Go-Live

Once your payment is confirmed, here’s exactly what happens between signup and your website going live.

The three big steps

1. Log in

After payment clears, you’ll receive an email to set your password. Log in at loftyfront.com — this is your home for your website, your leads, and your tools.

2. Tell us about your business, then we build

Your first task is the AI Website Build Form — about 5 minutes of questions about your business, brand, and market (see Completing the AI Website Build Form). Submitting the form kicks off your build:

• A dedicated Website Specialist takes over: refining your brand and design, configuring your MLS/IDX listing feed, and building out your pages.
• Your Specialist will meet with you live to review the site and train you on managing it.

3. Your site goes live

When you’ve approved the build, your Specialist publishes your site on your domain — and your Hyperlocal Website starts working for you.

What you can do while your site is being built

You don’t have to wait. While your Specialist works, set up the rest of your account:

• Set up communication — connect your email and calendar so you’re ready to follow up with leads. See Setting Up Communication.
• Build your lead database — import your existing contacts and connect lead sources like Zillow and Realtor.com. See Importing Leads & Connecting Lead Sources.
• Connect your domain — if you’re using your own domain, start the DNS setup early. See Connecting a Custom Domain.
