Completing the AI Website Build Form

The AI Website Build Form is the first — and most important — step after logging in to Lofty Front. It takes about 5 minutes, and it’s what kicks off your website build: AI generates your first draft from your answers, and your Website Specialist uses it as the blueprint for your custom site.

Before you start, have these ready

• Your professional headshot (high-resolution)
• Your logo (if you have one — if not, your Specialist can help with branding)
• Business basics — legal/brand name, phone, email, office address
• Your license and MLS details — license number and the MLS board(s) you belong to
• Social media links — any profiles you want featured on your site

What the form asks

1. Business & brand — who you are, how you want to present yourself, your brand colors and style preferences
2. Market & service areas — the cities and neighborhoods you serve. Be specific: these areas drive your hyperlocal pages, your IDX listing setup, and your local SEO.
3. Social profiles (optional) — links to display and use for your AI Social Marketer

Tips for a better website

• List your true focus neighborhoods, not just your metro area — hyperlocal pages perform best when they’re specific.
• Use the photo you actually market with, so your web presence matches your business cards and social profiles.
• Don’t overthink it — everything can be refined with your Specialist before your site goes live.

What happens after you submit
