Your Lofty Front purchase has two parts — plus optional add-ons. Here’s how it’s structured.

1. Website subscription (recurring)

Your subscription covers your website, hosting, MLS/IDX feeds, CRM, AI Social Marketer, and ongoing content tools. Choose from three billing cycles:

• Monthly
• Annual — lower effective monthly rate
• Two-year — best value

2. Done-for-You build (one-time, required)

Every new subscription includes a one-time Done-for-You build — Launch, Grow, or Scale — chosen at purchase. Your tier determines the depth of custom design, content, and SEO work our team delivers, and your delivery timeline. See Working with Your Website Specialist.

Optional add-ons

• Additional MLS feeds beyond the five included
• SEO service — professional setup plus ongoing monthly optimization
• Additional social profiles for the AI Social Marketer

Pay-first, no free trial

Lofty Front does not offer a free trial. Your subscription and website build begin once payment is confirmed — which is also why every build includes a Specialist and a structured delivery process: you’re paying for a working website, not an empty trial account.
