Note: Lofty is rolling out in stages. Depending on the version your account is on, some features or screens described in this article may look different or may not yet be available to you.
Introduction
Notification settings control what Lofty alerts you about and how you're alerted — by Email, Text, or Push. Tuning them means you catch the events that matter (a new lead, a booked meeting) without drowning in noise.
Opening Notifications
- Click the Settings gear in the left menu.
- Under My User Settings, click Notifications.
The page has two tabs: General and Opportunities.
Setting Your Preferences
The General tab is a grid: each row is an event ("Notify me when …") and each column is a channel — Email, Text, and Push. Toggle a channel on or off for any event. A channel showing N/A isn't available for that event.
Events include, for example:
- Daily Insight
- New Lead Alert (Lead Owner)
- Schedule Meeting Alert
- AI Call Created, AI Appointment Created, and AI Other Task Created
- New Lead Alert
Notifying Additional People
Some alerts — such as New Lead Alert (Lead Owner) — let you add more recipients. Use Add Additional Emails to have the alert also sent to teammates (for example, an ISA or a coordinator).
Opportunities
The Opportunities tab holds notification settings for opportunity-related events, configured the same way.
Tip: Reserve Push and Text for time-sensitive events (new leads, booked meetings) and let everything else come by Email, so the urgent alerts actually stand out.
