This feature allows the account to have multiple email addresses to receive new lead alerts. In case the account owner is not available, an admin or assistant can help distribute and track all incoming leads for their account.
To add an email address to receive Lofty’s new lead alert, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Lofty CRM account.
- Navigate to Settings > My User Settings> Notifications > General.
- Find the option for "Additional emails".
- Click on "Add Additional Email".
- Type in the additional email address.
- Upon confirmation, you will have successfully added an email address to receive new lead alerts from Lofty.
- If you want to add more email addresses, repeat the same steps.
If you wish to remove an email address from this list, you can do so by following these steps:
- Move the cursor to the end of the email address that you wish to delete.
- Click the "
" to delete.
- A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. Click "Yes".
- The email will be deleted.
