Introduction
A Listing Blast promotes one of your listings with targeted ads to reach local buyers and sellers. Lofty's marketing team builds the creatives and strategy for you, and campaigns are ready within 24 hours. Listing Blast is one of two Lofty Blast ad products (the other, Zip Code Blast, targets a geographic area instead of a single listing) and starts at $99 per week.
Opening the Listing Blast Setup
- In the left menu, go to Marketing → Lofty Blast.
- Click Explore Listing Blast.
The Create a New Listing Blast screen opens. It has two steps: 1 Select Your Plan and 2 Run your Promotion Program.
Step 1 — Confirm Your Listing
- Choose the listing to promote. The tabs group your listings so you can find the right one:
- Select Listing, All Listing, New Listing, Open House, Price Drop, and Coming Soon.
- Or click Select Listing Manually to pick one directly.
- Each listing card shows a recommended weekly budget that Lofty's AI sets based on the listing's strengths (for example, *Premium Property* or *Spacious Residence*, shown as badges on the card).
- Set Your Budget per week — accept the recommendation or adjust the amount.
Warning: To promote a listing you must be the listing agent or have the listing agent's permission. Using listing ads is the agent's responsibility.
Step 2 — Run Your Promotion Program
Continue to Run your Promotion Program to review and launch the blast. The Lofty Marketing Team then prepares your creatives and overall strategy, and your campaign goes live within 24 hours.
Note: The budget is charged per week, and the AI's recommended amount scales with how much interest the listing is likely to attract.
