Introduction
Closely is Lofty's companion mobile app designed for capturing property photos and floor plans that appear directly on your Lofty website listings. Use it at open houses, property showings, or during listing appointments to add visual content to your site immediately from your phone.
Setting Up Closely
Download the App
- iOS: Search "Closely" in the App Store
- Android: Search "Closely" in the Google Play Store
Log In
Open the app and log in using your Lofty account credentials (the same email and password you use for the Lofty CRM and CMS).
Using Closely
Capturing Property Photos
- Open the Closely app and navigate to the property or listing you want to photograph.
- Use the in-app camera to capture photos.
- Photos sync directly to your Lofty website listing.
Capturing Floor Plans
Tips
- Capture photos at showings before you leave. The Closely app lets you add listing photos on the spot — no need to upload them separately later.
- Use good lighting. Natural light produces the best results for property photography. Shoot during the day with windows open when possible.
