Team Info Block (Lofty AOS)

Introduction

The Team Info Block (previously called the Company Intro Block) displays your company or team's performance highlights and a brief description directly on your website. Use it to showcase your track record — number of homes sold, years in business, client satisfaction — and introduce what makes your team stand out.

Fields left empty will not be displayed, so you can include only the stats you want to highlight.

Adding the Team Info Block

1. Open the Website CMS (from Lofty top nav: Content > Websites, then click your site).
2. Select the page you want to edit from the Pages panel.
3. Click Blocks in the left navigation to open the block library.
4. Find the Team Info block (also listed as Company Intro in some views). Choose your preferred style.
5. Drag the block to the position you want on the page canvas.

Configuring the Team Info Block

1. Double-click the block, or hover and click the Edit icon in the top-right corner.
2. Fill in your company or team information:

• Company/Team name and description — Introduce your brand and what you offer clients.
• Performance stats — Enter figures like homes sold, years of experience, average sale price, or client satisfaction rating. These display as highlighted numbers on the block.
• Background/additional info — Any supporting text about your approach or market expertise.

1. Click Publish in the top-right corner to apply your changes to the live site.

Tips

• Keep stats specific and current. "500+ Homes Sold" is more compelling than vague claims. Update these numbers periodically to keep them accurate.
• Use it on your Home and About pages. The Team Info Block works best on pages where you're introducing yourself to new visitors — your home page hero section or your About page.
• Don't overfill. Choose 3–5 performance stats that matter most to buyers and sellers. Too many numbers can overwhelm visitors.
• Empty fields stay hidden. If you don't have data for a particular stat field yet, leave it blank — it simply won't display.

Troubleshooting

A stat or field I entered isn't showing on the live site. Make sure you clicked Publish after saving. If the field still doesn't show after publishing, check that the field was not left empty (blank fields are hidden by design).

The block's layout doesn't look right. Try switching to a different block style in the edit panel. The Team Info Block offers multiple style variations — one may suit your page layout better.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the same as the "Company Intro Block" I've seen before? Yes — this is the same block. It may appear as "Team Info" or "Company Intro Block" depending on where you look.

Can agents use this block on their subdomain sites?
