Contact Block (Lofty AOS)

Introduction

The Contact Block displays your contact information — phone number, email address, and office address — directly on a page. It's a quick, visible way to make it easy for visitors to reach you without navigating away to a Contact page.

Fields left empty will not be displayed, so you can show only the contact methods you want.

Adding the Contact Block

1. Open the Website CMS (from Lofty top nav: Content > Websites, then click your site).
2. Select the page you want to edit from the Pages panel.
3. Click Blocks in the left navigation to open the block library.
4. Find the Contact block type. Browse the available styles and select the one that fits your layout.
5. Drag the block to the position you want on the page canvas.

Configuring the Contact Block

1. Double-click the block, or hover and click the Edit icon in the top-right corner.
2. Enter your contact details:

• Phone number — Your primary business phone.
• Email address — Your business email.
• Office address — Your physical office location.

1. Click Publish in the top-right corner to apply your changes to the live site.

Tips

• Add it above the fold on key pages. Place a Contact Block near the top of your Home or About page so visitors don't have to scroll to find how to reach you.
• Use it alongside a Form Block. A Contact Block (showing your info) and a Form Block (letting visitors send a message) work well together — give visitors multiple ways to connect.
• Keep contact info current. If your phone number or office address changes, update the block immediately. Stale contact info loses leads.
• Empty fields stay hidden. If you only want to display your phone and email but not your address, just leave the address field blank.

Troubleshooting

My contact info isn't showing after I published. Check that the fields were filled in before publishing. Empty fields are hidden by design — if all fields were blank, the block will appear empty. Enter at least one field and publish again.

The block style doesn't match my page design. Open the block's edit panel and try switching to a different style. The Contact Block offers multiple layout variations.
