Introduction
The Reviews Block displays client testimonials and ratings on any page of your website. Social proof is one of the most effective trust signals for real estate — adding reviews to your Home, About, or area pages can meaningfully improve conversion.
Before You Begin

Adding the Reviews Block
- Open the Website CMS (from Lofty top nav: Content > Websites, then click your site).
- Select the page you want to edit from the Pages panel.
- Click Blocks in the left navigation.
- Find the Reviews block type and choose your preferred style.

Drag the block to the position you want on the page canvas.
Configuring the Reviews Block
Double-click the block or click the Edit icon in the top-right corner.

After configuring, click Publish to go live.
Tips
- Keep reviews recent. If your integration pulls the latest reviews automatically, the block stays fresh. If reviews are entered manually, update them periodically.
- Use reviews near CTAs. Placing a Reviews Block just above or below a CTA Block reinforces trust at the moment you're asking visitors to take action.
Troubleshooting
No reviews are showing in the block.
