Introduction
Media Blocks display images and visual media on your website pages. Use them for photo galleries, property photo showcases, neighborhood photos, or any image-heavy content section.
Adding a Media Block
- Open the Website CMS (from Lofty top nav: Content > Websites, then click your site).
- Select the page you want to edit.
- Click Blocks in the left navigation.
- Find the Media block type(s) and choose your preferred style.

Drag the block to the position you want on the page.
Configuring a Media Block
Double-click the block or click the Edit icon.
Image settings : - Upload images (confirm supported file formats and size limits) - Add captions per image - Link images to URLs
Display settings : - Grid vs. carousel/slideshow - Number of columns - Image sizing and cropping behavior
After configuring, click Publish to go live.
Tips
- Optimize images before uploading. Large image files slow page load times. Resize images to the display size before uploading and use compressed formats.
- Use consistent aspect ratios. Images of different shapes in a grid can look mismatched — crop all photos to the same aspect ratio for a clean layout.
