Note: Lofty is rolling out in stages. Depending on the version your account is on, some features or screens described in this article may look different or may not yet be available to you.
Introduction
Lofty offers two blocks for displaying local real estate market data on your website:
- Market Snapshot Block — Shows a quick summary of current market conditions in a specific area (active listings, median price, days on market, etc.).
- Market Trends Block — Displays charts or trend data showing how the market has changed over time.
Use these on area pages, your Home page, or a dedicated Market Reports page to position yourself as a local market expert.
Before You Begin
Adding Market Data Blocks
- Open the Website CMS (from Lofty top nav: Content > Websites, then click your site).
- Select the page you want to edit.
- Click Blocks in the left navigation.
- Find either Market Snapshot or Market Trends in the block library. Choose your preferred style.

Drag the block to the position you want on the page.
Configuring the Blocks
Double-click the block or click the Edit icon.
Market Snapshot Block : - Geographic area (city, zip code, neighborhood) - Metrics displayed (active listings, median price, days on market, sold listings) - Time period (current month, last 30/60/90 days)
Market Trends Block : - Geographic area - Metrics and chart type - Time range for trend display
After configuring, click Publish to go live.
Tips
- Pair with Featured Areas pages. Adding a Market Snapshot Block to each neighborhood page automatically makes those pages more valuable to visitors researching specific areas.
- The data updates automatically.
