Summary
Task and Appointment Updates
We've made several optimizations to make your task management and appointment scheduling processes more efficient! Learn more about task and appointment management with Lofty here: Tasks and Appointments
Update to Viewing Automated Tasks
Automated tasks, like auto emails and auto texts, will no longer overload your task list. Moving forward, here is how your tasks will be displayed:
- Today: Will display manual and auto tasks that are due today.
- This Week & This Month: Will only display manual tasks that are due in this time period. If auto tasks are due today, they will be visible here.
- Overdue: Will only display overdue manual tasks.
- Finished: Will only Display finished manual tasks.
On the lead detail page, click the settings icon in the tasks box to hide automated tasks. This will help you see your manual tasks, without the auto task fluff.
Task & Appointment Reminders
When scheduling an appointment, we've added the option to send several reminders. This means that multiple reminders can go out to remind you and other participants of an upcoming appointment. Simply check the box next the reminders you want to apply.
Appointment Location Optimization
When scheduling an appointment, if a lead is added to the appointment, the lead's address will automatically populate as the location when scheduling the appointment. Lofty has also optimized the location setting on the appointment scheduling tool to auto-populate a typed address. This simplifies the appointment scheduling process and ensures the location is accurate!
Changes to the AI Sales Assistant
Lofty v4.24 introduces a massive update to the language model that powers the AI Sales Assistant. You will notice that the AI Sales Assistant will be more flexible and will engage in natural sounding conversations with your leads. It can answer common questions like "What is an FHA loan?" or "How do I raise my credit score?" More importantly, it can express empathy and understand context. For example, if a lead mentions their in-laws visiting to watch their kids, the AI can naturally understand that they'll need extra bedrooms and space for hosting family.
Assistant Profile
We are also introducing an Assistant Profile, where you can more easily manage the way the AI presents itself.
