AI Assistant

Lofty is proud to announce that we have developed a built-in AI Assistant to support you by responding to and engaging leads both from your Lofty IDX website (via website chat) and from other lead sources (via text message). This AI Assistant will benefit your real estate business in the following ways:
- Shortening the time to first response and on a 24/7 schedule. New leads and website visitors will be engaged by the AI Assistant via website chat and text message within one minute--drastically reducing the chance of losing a lead to a competitor when you aren’t available.
- Help you focus on the most valuable leads first. The AI Assistant takes over the task of qualifying new leads so that you will be notified when there are serious leads ready to engage. The AI Assistant will also update lead preferences based on their responses to improve long-term nurturing. Leads with the wrong number or who are not interested will also be tagged as such.
The AI Assistant can be set up by navigating to Settings > Features > AI Assistant. This section will guide you through the options to set up the Lofty AI Assistant.

SkySlope Integration
Lofty now has an integration with SkySlope for Transaction Management. Currently, Lofty supports exporting transactions to SkySlope, and additional features will be considered as they are made available in the SkySlope API. For more information on how the SkySlope integration works, please reference the following article: How to Integrate SkySlope with Lofty.
Ability to Edit Notes
Users can now edit notes that were made on a lead profile and are available on the timeline. There will be an "Edit" icon to the right of the note. Only the note portion of the logs can be edited. The notes can be edited by anyone with access to the lead even if they did not make the note. Editing notes will not change the timestamp of the note.
Partial Lead Permission
A new permission has been added under Settings > Team > Agent > Agent Permissions > Partial Lead Conversion.
This permission will limit the users who can use the paid-for service to convert partial leads by searching for data associated with an address. Only those who are given this permission can convert the leads and charge the $0.30/partial lead conversion to the Team Owner/Admin's card on file.
Those without this permission can still convert a lead by manually adding information, etc.
User Activity Log
Users with the "Manage Team" permission (see Team Permissions) can view a "Last Active" activity of team users under Settings > Team > Agent > Agent List. In this context, "Last Active" means the user's last operation time on Lofty when they opened a page or clicked a button in the CRM or mobile app. The system can only find data from two months ago. If users have not been active within the last two months, the "Last Active" section will be blank.
