Setup Instructions

1. Customize Your Agent Website

Your website is a vital part of your online presence. Here’s how to set it up:

1. Log in to your Lofty account.
2. Go to Website near the top-right menu of your sidebar, and in your Site List you can find your Agent Website Growth. Click on Build the Website
   • OR, Click Settings in the top-right menu or sidebar. Navigate to Web & Domain Setup.
3. Follow the prompts to:
   • Select a site template that fits your brand.
   • Connect your personalized domain.
   • Add your branding details, such as your logo, bio, and featured listings.
4. Save your changes to publish your site.

2. Set Up Your Personal Virtual Phone Number

Separate business and personal communications with a dedicated virtual number:

1. Log in to your Lofty account.
2. Click Settings and then go to Call & Text under Communication.
3. Click Select A Personal Number.
4. Check that your Country Code is correct.
5. Enter your preferred area code to see available numbers.
6. Choose a number and click Save.

3. Get Started with Lofty Present

Lofty Present allows you to create polished, branded Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to share with clients:

1. From your Lofty dashboard, go to Listings.
2. Select CMA Tools.
3. Follow the steps to generate a CMA:
   • Add properties for comparison.
   • Customize branding with your logo and client details.
4. Save and share your CMA with clients to provide them with valuable market insights.

4. Use Social Studio for Automated Marketing

Social Studio simplifies social media marketing and helps you grow your online presence:

1. Go to Marketing in the left-hand menu.
2. Select Social Studio.
3. Connect your social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
4. Choose a content strategy:
   • Use automated campaigns to promote listings or share market updates.
   • Customize your own posts for more control.
5. Schedule or publish your content.
