Company Number Call and Text Routing Update

Note: This feature is only available if your virtual Company Number has been ported to Twilio.

Currently, when an unknown number (that is, a phone number that does not belong to any lead in the CRM) calls or texts the Company number, that call is currently routed to the active user selected in the Company Number settings.

With this update, we are introducing three (3) routing options for inbound texts or calls from a number that is not saved in your Lofty account. 

1. Blast Alert
   1. Select up to 5 users to receive the call/notification of a text at the same time.
      1. Inbound texts will come in as a Chat notification only. 
2. A Specific Recipient
   1. This is the same as the current settings - all calls/texts are forwarded to one specific user.
      1. Inbound texts will come in as SMS and Chat notifications.
3. Another Number
   1. Forwards the call/text to another phone number
      1. Inbound texts will come in as SMS and Chat notifications

Free CMA + Introduction of LoftyPresent

Lead Generation Phone Number Verification

Lead phone number verification is an add-on available for buyer and seller lead generation packages and re-marketing ads. This add-on guarantees that you are getting a valid phone number from your paid leads. 

Verified phone numbers will have a gold Verified tag, letting you know that this lead's contact information is accurate!

Website Templates Renamed

The website templates have been renamed, rather than the original naming of Template #1, Template #2, etc. The templates themselves have not changed, just the naming convention. We will be continuously adding new templates for our users!

SEO Optimizations

MLS: Global Listing Search

Some MLSs provide more listings that you can actually support, or listings in states that you don't have the bandwidth to travel to. This update allows you to filter out listings that you do not want appearing on your Lofty website or by indexed by Google.

This filter can be applied after an MLS is approved or even during the application process, ensuring that unwanted listings never appear on your site.
