Lofty's PPC Search Ads aim to show your customized ads to the potential customers who are proactively searching for relevant keywords on Google's and/or Microsoft Bing's search engines and related websites and attract them to click on the Final URLs (Landing Pages) and jump to your website. When they finish the registration form, their information will be captured, thus new leads will be generated and synced to your Lofty CRM.

Budget and Payment
The lowest monthly budget is $600 per month, with a 20% Management Fee. The setup fee for the first-time purchase is $79.
If your lead generation budget is below $750 per month, an AI Assistant package is included for free. If your lead generation budget is above $750 per month, an AI Assistant package, Social Studio Pro, and CMA are included for free.
When purchasing the ads, you do have the option to share the costs with your lender. Per RESPA, as the agent, you must pay at least 50% of the total budget.
Potential Results
The potential leads and cost per lead (CPL) estimated results are calculated based on the last 6 months of data. Leads generated from these ads can be set to be team leads or private leads.
Once submitted, the information entered on the purchase page cannot be changed. Once you submit, the information is given to Lofty's Ads Team to set up the ads.
Source and Tag for PPC Search Ads
The Source and Tag that is applied to leads generated from these ads will be:
- Source: Lofty Paid Lead
- Tag: LoftyPaid-Google or LoftyPaid-Microsoft, depending on which marketing channel you select.
These sources and tags cannot be edited.

A: It usually takes 24 hours for professional Digital Marketing Analysts to create the ads. If there are no factors that prevent your ads from being created successfully, you should expect your ads previews within 48 hours.
Q: How many targeting cities/zip codes should I set?
A: We have found that $300 is enough for a mid-sized city or zip code area. Too many targeting locations will not reach the audience, as the daily budget is fixed at around $10 per day. Zip codes generate little traffic on search engines in the real estate industry, so we will convert zip codes to cities and towns for the best performance.
Q: Can I know the preference of the leads from Lofty's PPC Search Ads?
A: Yes! We offer search keyword tags for the Lofty Paid Leads from Google and Bing. Their on-site activities will be recorded on the leads' detail pages, such as what listings they viewed and saved, what area, price, and listing types they searched, and their communication history with the AI Assistant. These records will be helpful for you to analyze the lead's intention on home buying or selling.
