A2P 10DLC Registration Updates
Starting in March, we will begin enforcing the A2P 10DLC regulations. For more information on this topic, please see our Help Center article: A2P 10DLC Registration
- As a reminder, A2P 10DLC will only apply to you if you send text messages to United States based phone numbers. If you do not send text messages to US phone numbers, you will not need to register.
If you are a new Lofty user or have acquired your virtual phone number since December 2023, your virtual number needs to be registered to a 10DLC campaign in order to send text messages to US based phone numbers.
If your Lofty account and virtual phone numbers were acquired before December 2023, you have been able to send text messages without registering. Starting this month, we will be enforcing 10DLC registration and you will soon lose your ability to send text messages to US based phone numbers.
Please begin your A2P 10DLC registration as soon as possible to avoid any outage in your ability to send text messages. As long as you have submitted registration, you will be able to continue sending text messages.
Mobile App Lead Assignee Optimization
This update allows you to assign a lead to another agent, any other role, or to a lead pond via the Lofty mobile app.

Mass Action Upgrade 2.0
This update increased the limit of leads that mass action can be taken on from 200 leads to 5,000 leads for the following actions:
- Send Postcard
- Send Letter
- Delete
- Erase
- Recover

Agent Import Optimization
Enterprise Lofty accounts can add agents to their account via a csv file import. We have made three improvements to this process.
- The Hierarchy Groups can be assigned on agent import
- The users' account types can be set on import:
- Full users with a seat should have one of the following fields:
- Blank Field/No data
- Normal
- Standard
- Display only users, who do not occupy a seat, should have one of the following fields:
- Display Only
- Roster Only
- Display
- Roster
- Inactive
- Full users with a seat should have one of the following fields:

Listing Ads Call to Action
The Listings Promotion Dashboard UI has been updated and we have added a notification to let you know when one of your listings has been active for 24 hours.

Customize the Payer on Smart Plan Steps
This update allows Lofty users, other than the Smart Plan creator, to pay the fees for Smart Plan steps that incur a cost, like mailing a physical letter or postcard.
A payer setting is available on Smart Plans that include a paid for step in the Smart Plan Actions that allow the responsible payer to be either the Smart Plan creator or the Lofty user who is applying this Smart Plan to their leads.

Landing Page Form Optimization
By default, when a form is filled out on a landing page, the provided details are saved and the person who completed the form is now logged in to your website.
With this update, you can have a form on a landing page reset after each time is it completed, without keeping the person logged in. This is useful if you want to have leads or other contacts provide their information via a landing page form at an open house or other networking event.
