Print Center
The Print Center is located in Campaigns > Print Center. Here, you have the option to create a One-time, Monthly Recurring, and Smart Plan campaign. Your "Personal Info" can be added/edited by clicking the button in the top right corner. Personal information for the mailers will utilize variables and gain their information from this section.
Click "Print Mailers" to start the purchase process.
STEP 1: Select the Mailer Type.
We currently offer Postcard or Letter. Click "Discard" to exit and "Next" to continue to the next step.
STEP 2: Select the Design.
Note: Postcards have a Front and Back design, while Letters only have a Front design.
- Click upload to add your own photos
- Click "Edit Design" to adjust the design
- Select different themes to see all available designs
STEP 3: If sending Postcards, choose the back design and set up the tracking tool.
STEP 4: Set up the Recipients.
Here, you can select leads from the CRM, upload a mailing list, or purchase homeowner data from Geographic Farming.
STEP 5: Review the order and pay:
Lead Groups Renamed Segments
With this update, we are renaming the Lead Group feature "Segment". This change will be universal through the CRM. The API will have both Group and Segment available for a period of time, and we will notify all Lofty clients utilizing the API before we discontinue the use of Lead Group in the API.
The functionality is not changing, just the name.
Schedule a Meeting Optimization
This optimization allows you to require information from a lead, or potential lead when the lead is scheduling a meeting through your Lofty Meeting Link.
By default, Lofty will require the First Name and Email Address of the lead booking the meeting. The client can also opt to require the following information:
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Description (A reason for booking the meeting)
Showing Appointment Optimization
Showing appointments in the Lead Detail page are optimized to give more options when a lead has requested a showing.
For Requested Showings, you have the option to schedule the showing or delete the request:
For Schedule Showings, you have the option to view the showing details or cancel the appointment:
Showing Appointment Automated Reminders
Automated reminder text messages will be sent to agents and leads before the showing appointment starts. These messages are automatic, there are no settings to disable or edit these messages. The message is sent both 24 hours before and 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
Buyer Tour Reminder:
- Hi! Just a friendly reminder that we have a buyer tour appointment scheduled for #date# at #time#. Our first location is #meeting location or listing street address#
Showing Appointment Reminder:
- Hi! Just a friendly reminder that we have a showing appointment scheduled for #date# at #time#. The listing is #street address#
View Support Tickets in the CRM
You will be able to view your support tickets directly in the CRM and see the ticket status. The "My Tickets" entrance has been added to the "? " menu in the CRM:
Updated MLS Application Dashboard
The MLS application setting has been moved to the Listings tab in the CMS. The current MLS status will be displayed, so you can quickly see what is needed for the MLS application.
Lead Routing: Open API Lead Options
This is an optimization to the Open API source leads in the Lead Routing Lead Options. Your Open API Lead Routing Lead Options will not change, but you may have additional lead sources available, where you may customize the Lead Options. To update the Open API Lead Options, navigate to Settings → Lead Routing → Lead Options:
Next, click Click to set next to Leads Imported from Open API:
Here, you can set specific lead routing for each source, rather than one option for all Open API source leads:
AI Assistant Free Trial Upgrade
With this update, we are notifying Lofty users when the AI Assistant Free Trial Allotment has been met, and also giving them the option to upgrade to the paid version of the AI Assistant, so the AI Assistant can continue to engage new leads for them.
When you are on the Free Trial AI Assistant, you can see how many days are left on the trial, as well as the lead allotment and how many leads have been engaged.
In this screenshot, the user has an allotment of 200 leads. That means that once the AI Assistant has engaged 200 leads, it will continue to work those 200, but will not engage any leads beyond that.
The user can click "Upgrade Package" to purchase the AI Assistant end the free trial period, and allow the AI Assistant to engage additional new leads.
