Next, a pop-up window allows you to copy the link to share
This functionality is also available in the Lofty mobile app
Enterprise Group Level Transaction Checklists
This update allows for group-level Transaction Checklists on Enterprise Lofty accounts. If a Lofty user has Company Templates - Entire Company, they can create a Transaction Checklist for any group. If they have Company Templates - User's Group, they can create a Transaction Checklist for their own group.
The type of Checklist (Company or Group) will be listed next to the Transaction Checklist name. Checklists may be filtered by Company or Group by clicking Scope.
When applying a Transaction Checklist to a transaction, you will have tabs for both Company and Group transaction checklists. Here, you may select a transaction checklist from either the Company level or your own Group level.
Commission Optimization
This update allows Vendors, or anyone who is not a member of the Lofty account, to be included in the commission split on a transaction.
When clicking the "Paid To/From" box, the dropdown menu will display some suggestion, which includes the following:
- The transaction owner's Team
- The party that was Recently searched (displaying a maximum of 6)
- A “Temporary Entity” that can be added to this transaction
If the party who should be included in the Commission split is not a Team member or a Vendor on the account, they may be added:
A summary has been added after each Split, so you can see the commission split results in real time, as you are closing the transaction.
Book a Meeting Link Optimization
Several Optimizations have been made to the Book a Meeting link.
We have added a "Meeting_Link" variable, that can be added to an email or signature, which will automatically add a link to your Lofty meeting booking page.
This variable will add a clickable link to your personal Lofty booking page.
When viewing the appointment on the Lofty Calendar, the following fields will be visible:
- Location
- Participants
- Phone
The default prefix logic for Meeting Link has been updated to the Lofty user's own website. If you do not have your own website or subdomain, the meeting link will show either your Group website, Team website, or Company website.
Within the Meeting Link settings, you have the option to automatically create new leads if a non-lead books a meeting via your Meeting Link. All meetings scheduled by the lead will be displayed on the lead's Appointments section.
When the lead books a meetings, the calendar will automatically offer the first available time.
Lead Pond Email Signature Optimization
The lead pond was recently updated so that emails were sent from the lead pond owner, rather than the required virtual agent. With this update, all automatic emails can be sent from a customized email signature.
- If the switch is turned off, all automatic emails sent to leads in the lead pond will use the email signature of the Pond Owner
- If the switch is turned on, the Lead Pond owner can set a custom email signature for the Pond. All automatic emails sent to the pond lead will use this custom email signature instead of the Pond Owner's email signature
Calendar Alert Optimization
We have made an optimization to third-party integrated calendars.
The following notes are added to the Integrated Calendar section on the Calendar page.
Google Calendar Note:
- If the LoftyAppointment's owner or participant includes you, the appointment will be synced to your Google Calendar
- When the Lofty Appointment participant's email is Gmail, Google Calendar will automatically recognize and sync the appointment to this participant's Google Calendar.
Outlook Calendar Note:
- If the Lofty Appointment's owner is you, then the appointment will be synced to your Outlook Calendar
If you do not have any third-party calendar integrated:
- If the participant is a Lofty user, this appointment will automatically be displayed on their Lofty calendar and they may choose to accept or reject this appointment.
- The LoftyAppointment invitation email can be sent to all participants by either Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar if connected. Go to Settings->Integrations to connect either of them.
If you have integrated your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar:
- If the participant is a Lofty user, this appointment will automatically be displayed on their Lofty calendar and they may choose to accept or reject this appointment.
- The Lofty Appointment invitation email will be sent to all participants, per #OwnerName's calendar notification settings. The reminder will only be sent to the owner.
When the appointment is saved, if you have integrated your Google Calendar and turned on the setting sync appointments to your Google Calendar:
- This appointment will automatically sync to the Google Calendar of any participant who uses Gmail. This is Google's automatic recognition mechanism, which may be adjusted in your Google Calendar settings.
AI Writing Assistant Optimizations
The next time you utilize the AI Writing Assistant, you will be prompted to acknowledge a disclaimer pop-up. If you do not click "Okay", the AI writing assistant features will be disabled.
We have also optimized the AI Writing Assistant so that you can highlight a section of content and prompt the AI Writer to assist with that specific content.
Closely App Login Update
The login options for the Closely app have been updated.
- We have added the “Email Verification Code” login method.
- Leads whose agents did not have a website were unable to log in to the Closely app. Now, if the agent does not have a website, the Closely app will utilize the agent's group, team, or company website.
- The "Select Agent" step has been updated.
- This update supports leads from non-website sources in the CRM to use the Closely app.
If the user is a website registered lead, after entering their email, the login options will be provided.
Logging in with the password (Default)
- The login process is split into two steps:
- Step 1: User enters their email address to match with an agent.
- Step 2: The matched assigned agent is displayed and the user is prompted to enter the corresponding password to log in.
- If there are multiple assigned agents for this user, the "Not Your Agent" entry will be displayed in the upper right corner, and users can click here to switch to other agents.
- If the matched assigned agent does not have a website, the upper-level websites will be used instead.
Other Login Methods:
- Email Verification Code: Click “Email Verification Code” to use this login method
- Step 1: The user enters their email address
- Step 2: If they are matched an agent and the agent has a website, the verification code email will be sent to the user's email address.
- Step 3: Enter the verification code to log in.
- Login with Facebook
- Login with Google
If the user is not a website-registered lead, but they are a CRM lead, they will enter the account creation process. They only needs to fill out the password during this process. After confirming the password, the user will automatically be logged in.
If the user does not exist in the CRM, the user will be prompted to contact their agent to create an account.
If the user needs to change their agent, they may do so via the menu on their profile in the Closely app.
Enterprise Agent Page URL Update
For Enterprise account users, we are providing the option for both a short and long URL to direct to the user's Agent Detail page. The short URL redirects to the long URL, so they may use the shorter, simplified URL for marketing materials.
These fields will be empty by default.
Onboarding Dashboard Optimization
When a new Lofty user completes all the steps in the Onboarding Dashboard, they will be directed to set up the automated Welcome Email. Since they have imported their leads, as part of the Onboarding process, they will also have the option to send a Welcome Email to these leads.
Next, if the user's account includes the AI Assistant, Text Message Qualification will be disabled. The user has the option to turn this feature on now. If the user has the AI Assistant Free Trial or is utilizing the AI Assistant with a Lead Gen package, Text Message Qualification will be enabled already.
On the Team Dashboard, a green icon will appear next to team members who have completed Onboarding. For users who have not completed the onboarding process, the icon will be grey.
Listing Showing Management Update
Note: This feature will be released on Friday, July 14.
We have made some UI modifications to the Listing Showing Management tool.
The Requested Showings will appear on the same dashboard as the Pending, Approved, Completed, and Rejected showing requests.
A new category has been added to the filter by Showing Appointments in the Lofty calendar.
Social Media Account Status Update
A status will be added next to your connected social media profiles. If the social media account has expired, for example if you have changed the password or other account details, you will be prompted to reauthorize the account.
