Introduction

This article outlines how to import leads via the Lofty app. If you are looking for instructions on importing leads via CSV file or Google Contacts, please see the following articles:

Steps

First, navigate to People Icon + to add new leads.

On your Add Lead page, click the Import from Contacts icon.

Next, mark your leads before the import begins then hit the Next button.

Select the leads you want to import. Unfortunately, there is no mass select option right now. Click Done to proceed.

You will be directed to the Lead List showing your newly imported contacts.

Depending on the number of leads, your import should process quickly and you will have access to your clients in Lofty.
