Introduction
The security of your Lofty account is of utmost importance. We have implemented a few security measures to help you protect your account.
Security Settings
Navigate to Settings -> User -> Security to access your Lofty account security settings.
For the Sensitive Action, after selecting this setting, you will be required to verify 2FA for the following actions:
- Editing Agent Information
- Deleting an Agent
- Editing Agent Permissions
Password Reset
Here, you can easily reset your Lofty account password. Please note, that you will need to know your current password to reset it here. If you do not know your password, you can request a reset on the Lofty login page.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
We offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as an added level of security. If you check the box next to Require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), we will text a verification code to your phone number or email a verification code to your email address each time you log in to your Lofty account. Your Lofty account email address and password will be added here as a 2FA verification method. You can also add another phone number or email address.
Account Access
To provide support to you, Lofty employees may need to access your Lofty account. If you are contacting the Lofty support team, please be sure to check the box next to Allow Lofty to assume access to your account for support purposes so that our team can best assist you.
FAQ
I did not choose any of the options for 2FA but it prompted me to verify using another number I have not listed. Where did you get this number?
The system will use the integrated mailbox and outbound call number in the dialer settings as your account's default MFA, which is the current product logic.
