Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
What is a Hyperlocal Website?
A done-for-you real estate site built to make you the recognized expert in your market. It comes with custom brand design, live IDX listings synced 24/7, hyperlocal content, auto-published blog and social posts, and built-in AI lead-capture tools — everything you need to get found locally and win clients.
What is AEO, and how does it get me into AI results?
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) gets you named inside the answer AI gives on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We build original neighborhood content and citations so you become the cited answer to the specific questions buyers ask.
What is GEO, and how is it different from AEO?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the broader authority engine that makes AI recommend you across every engine and query — not just one answer. We track your share of voice across all major AI engines each month, so you’re the name that keeps coming up wherever buyers search.
Do I need the full Lofty platform to use Lofty Front?
No. Lofty Front is fully standalone — it runs on its own domain and includes its own CRM for managing your leads.
Is there a free trial?
No — Lofty Front is pay-first. Every subscription includes a Done-for-You build delivered by a dedicated Specialist, so you start with a working website, not an empty trial.
How long until my site is live?
It depends on your Done-for-You tier — from about a week for Launch to a couple of months for the most extensive Scale builds. See Working with Your Website Specialist for details.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you already own, or start on a Lofty subdomain and connect your domain later. See Connecting a Custom Domain.
How many MLS feeds are included?
Five, with 500+ boards supported. Additional feeds can be added for a small monthly fee — see Adding More MLS Feeds.
Who builds my site?
AI generates your first draft in minutes from a short form; then a dedicated Website Specialist refines, builds, and launches it with you — including live training.
How do I get support?
Contact support from within your account, or reach out to your rep. For sales questions or plan changes, book a call.
