Note: Lofty is rolling out in stages. Depending on the version your account is on, some features or screens described in this article may look different or may not yet be available to you.
Introduction
The Business report tracks your closed-business production — volume, closings, GCI, and revenue — over time and by agent. It's the report you open to see how the pipeline is actually converting into deals.
Opening the Business Report
- In the left menu, go to Reporting → Business.
The report opens on the Summary view (with Performance by Agent and Business Goal views on the left) and an Overview tab beside a Funnel Table tab.
Setting the Scope
The toolbar filters the report by year (for example, 2026), Account Type (default Any), additional Filters, and Office. A refresh icon reloads the data.
Reading the Summary
- Business Trend by charts your production over time; toggle the measure between Volume, Closings, GCI, and Revenue.
- Member Contribution by breaks the same measures down by team member, with the same Volume / Closings / GCI / Revenue toggle.
Note: When there's no closed business for the selected filters, the charts show “No data available.” Widen the year or scope to populate them.
Viewing the Funnel
Click the Funnel Table tab to see the same business data as a conversion funnel rather than trend charts.
