Introduction
The "Activities Timeline" is a page that provides a good overview of activity happening on your website, with your emails, etc.
Permissions & Lead Privacy
The information seen on this page will depend on the permission level of the user as well as lead privacy settings. If a user has the "Access All Team Leads" permission (see Team Permissions), the activities shown will be for leads associated with all team members. Also, if a lead is added as a Private Lead, the activity will not be shown on this page unless the user is the owner of that lead (and therefore has access to it (see Lead Privacy: Team Leads vs. Private Leads).
*Currently, there is no way for the Team Admin/Owner (or those with the "Access All Team Leads" permission) to only see activity for their own leads on this page.
Activities Timeline
Use the "Filter By" section at the top to select a timeframe from the following options:
- This Week
- This Month
- This Year
- All Time
You can also filter the activity type by selecting the type that you would like to see (you can only select one at a time):
- All Activities
- Viewed
- Saved
- Searched
- Opened Emails
- Sell
- Others
A section right in the middle will point out "Today's Reporting" which includes the number of homes viewed and emails opened.
On the right side, you will see a section for "Active Leads." You can choose to look at the active leads for the following timeframes:
- This week
- Last two weeks
- This month
Clicking on the lead's name in this section or anywhere else on this page will take you to their lead profile. In the "Active Leads" section, you can click on the "eyeball," "heart," or "email" icons to look at the properties they have viewed or favorited or emails they have opened. If they have viewed a property multiple times, that will also be listed here.
The main timeline section will show you the activity as it happens. You are able to see the lead's name as well as any home evaluation requests, searches performed, showings requested, properties viewed, emails opened, etc., all of which are clickable for more in-depth information. Clicking on the lead's name will take you to their lead profile and clicking on an address, search, or evaluation will take you to your website so you can see exactly what they were looking at.
Connection to Lead Profile Page
It is worth mentioning that the data populated in the "Activities Timeline" is a summary of the entire database. However, if you simply want to see the activity for a specific person, you can navigate to their lead profile and filter by the activity there. See the Lead Profile Page for more information.
