Introduction
Text Templates are saved text messages, including scheduled auto-texts that reply to leads based on the time of day. They live on the Text page's Templates tab, organized into folders.
Opening Your Text Templates
- In the left menu, go to Marketing → Text.
- Click the Templates tab.
Reading a Template Folder
Templates are grouped into folders such as Welcome Texts (marked (not shared) if it's personal). Each folder's table shows:
- Time Range — the window the template applies to (for example, “12:00 AM – 11:59 PM”).
- Message — the text that sends.
- Status and Action.
Click Add to create a new template in the folder.
Note: Time ranges let a template auto-reply differently depending on when a lead texts in — a daytime greeting versus an after-hours message.
