Introduction
The Showings page tracks every property showing tied to your leads and listings — requests coming in from your website, plus upcoming and completed tours — with status tabs, a week-by-week view, and quick actions to reach the lead or accept a request.
Opening Showings
- In the left menu, go to Sales → Showings.
The list view opens with scope filters on the left and a view switcher in the top-right corner of the toolbar.
Scoping and Filtering the List
- The first dropdown switches between My Showings and Company Showings.
- Role: switches between As Buyer's Agent and As Listing Agent — the side of the showing you’re on.
- Status tabs carry live counts: All, Showing Requests, Pending, Approved, Completed, and Canceled.
Reading the List
Each row is one showing:

| Address | Property thumbnail, address (links to the listing page), and beds · baths · SqFt |
| Status | The showing’s status |
| Listing Agent | The agent on the listing side |
| Time | Date and time window (for example, “25 Jun 2026, 11:45AM-12:15PM”) |
| Lead | The lead who requested or attends the showing — links to the lead profile |
| Action | The ⋯ more-actions menu |
Hover a lead’s name to reveal Call, Text, and Email quick-action icons. The pager at the bottom moves between pages and sets the page size (10 by default).
Acting on a Showing
- In the Action column, click ⋯ on a showing row.
- Choose Accept to confirm a showing request, or Delete to remove the entry.
Caution: Delete removes the showing from the list — there is no undo in the menu.
Switching to Week View
The toggle in the top-right corner of the toolbar switches layouts — the list icon is active by default:
- Click the calendar icon to open week view.
Week view shows a Week of… header (for example, “Week of 28 Jun - 04 Jul”) with a This Week shortcut, a day strip across the top, and the week’s showings grouped by day — each entry repeats the property, Listing Agent:, Time:, and Lead:. Days without activity read “No Showings”.
Note: This page tracks showings — it has no button to create one. Log a showing from a lead’s profile (Navigating the Lead Profile, Searches tab), or let website showing requests flow in under Showing Requests.
