About the Homeowner Agent (Lofty AOS)

Introduction

The Homeowner Agent is Lofty's AI copilot for your homeowner database. It monitors properties, sorts homeowners by how likely they are to sell, and nurtures them with personalized Home Reports and campaigns — turning your past clients and sphere into a long-term seller pipeline.

Opening the Homeowner Agent

1. In the left menu, click AI Copilots.
2. On the Homeowner Agent tile, click Launch. You can also reach it under Automation → Homeowner Agent.

What It Does

The workspace opens on the Overview tab, with Homeowners, Campaigns, and Settings tabs. It tracks how many homeowners the AI is monitoring, classifies them by intent (Likely Seller, Long-term Nurture, Absentee Owner, and more), and reports on engagement.
