Introduction
An Agent Website is a personalized subdomain site for individual agents on your team — for example, *janesmith.yourcompany.com*. Every Lofty user (except the Company Owner) gets one Agent Website included with their account.
Agent Websites inherit their listing data, MLS connection, and baseline design from the parent Company, Team, or Office site above them. Agents can personalize certain content, but some settings are controlled at the parent site level.
How Agent Websites Work

What Agents Can Customize
On a basic Agent Website, agents can typically edit: - Their profile information (photo, bio, contact details) - Their personal page content (About page, Contact page) - Property Alerts and any blocks that are not locked by the parent template
Settings locked by the Company or Team admin (via the Template Library) cannot be changed at the agent level.
Setting Up Agent Websites
Agent Websites are created automatically when an agent is added to your Lofty account, using the parent site's template and domain. The subdomain follows the format: firstname-lastname.yourdomain.com or a similar pattern.
For the subdomain to work, your parent site's domain must have the wildcard CNAME configured: Name=* / Value=yourdomain.com. See [Domain Configuration Guide] for details.
To create an Agent Website manually (if not auto-created): Go to your CMS Site List and use the option to create a new Agent Website.
Upgrading an Agent Website
An agent can upgrade their site with additional packages purchased through the Lofty Marketplace:
- Vanity Domain Website ($20/mo) — connects a custom domain to the agent's site
- Full SEO Website ($79/mo) — full content control, advanced SEO, and own MLS data
