Introduction

In our ongoing effort to continually improve, we have now made it easy to submit product requests and provide feedback about your Lofty CRM and Lofty-Built Websites. 

Summary

You can access the Lofty Product Suggestion by clicking on the icon "?"  > Suggest a Feature:

The Suggest A Feature window will pop up, where you can provide your feature suggestion. 

Once you have completed providing your suggestion, indicate the level of importance to you and your business so our Product Team can help prioritize the suggestion.

Once you hit submit, it will show a confirmation that the suggestion was submitted to our Product Team.
