Introduction
Lofty's AI Sales Agent, powered by ChatGPT and Claude, is your dedicated lead capture, nurture, and conversion powerhouse in Lofty. In this Help Center article, we will go over the configuration of your Office AI Sales Agent.
To configure your Office AI Sales Agent settings, go to Office Settings > Sales Agent > Sales Agent Settings.
The Office AI Sales Agent is at the Office level for all office / team add-ons. The Office-Level Sales Agent will power the chat box on the office Lofty website, and agent websites within the office, as well as text all visible leads matching the criteria you set. The Office-Level AI Sales Agent cannot work on agents' hidden leads.
Assistant Profile
In the Settings, you can adjust the appearance of your Sales Agent and the way that it interacts with leads. Please keep in mind that this AI is at the Office level, meaning these settings will be in effect for all agents within your office.

Communication Persona
- We recommend utilizing “as an assistant” for office settings to ensure the assistant is communicating as an assistant for all agents, not as you, the office owner or admin.

Assistant Photo
- Upload a photo to represent your assistant. We recommend a company logo or stock photo.
- If you do not, the photo will auto populate with the image of whoever's website it is. So, if this was on agent A’s website it would show agent A’s photo but the assistant's name.

Assistant Name
- We recommend giving your Sales Agent a different name from anyone on your team. This will help prevent confusion when it hands off warm leads to the actual agent.

Virtual Number
- This is the phone number the Sales Agent will use when it is communicating via text with your leads. Texts sent from the AI's Virtual Number will not count against your text limit.
- Assigning the number to a 10DLC campaign is critical for ensuring text deliverability.
Call Forwarding
- Call Forwarding gives you the option to connect leads who call the Sales Agent to a live person. You can choose to disable, forward to the lead’s assigned agent, or forward to a dedicated number.
Sales Agent Working Strategy
The Assistant Working Strategy determines how your Sales Agent will communicate with your leads.

Engage Style
- The Engage Style determines how frequently the AI will reach out to your leads.
- You can choose between Proactive, Balanced, and Reserved.

Handle Rental Inquiries

Use this dropdown to enable or disable rental inquiries.
- When enabled, Sales Agent will attempt to complete the renter profile of the lead and recommend rental properties.
- When disabled, the Sales Agent will gently let the lead know that your business does not handle rental inquiries. These leads will not count against your total lead quota.

Real Estate Experience
- Use this box to enter a prompt to customize or coach your Sales Agent. Include information about yourself, your company, how long you've been in business, the tone you'd like your Sales Agent to use, and any other relevant information.
Sales Agent Enrollment
Leads Enrollment
These settings determine which leads the AI Sales Agent will engage.

Auto Enrollment
- Automatically start the AI Sales Agent for eligible leads. Sales agent will be active when a lead is created to match the conditions.

Manual Enrollment
- Manually start the AI Sales Agent for existing leads. You can select specific leads and activate the AI Sales Agent when you want more control over when follow-up beings.
Channel Enrollment
You can enable or disable individual channels, like chat or text, here.
All channels are turned ON by default. Use the radio button on the right side to toggle off or on different channels of communication for the AI Sales Agent:

Website Channel
- This powers the chat experience on your Office website and all connected Agent Websites beneath it.
- If the website chatbot is enabled, it will be installed on the website.
- The AI Assistant replaces the Chat Box on your website, but it does not share settings. If you need to edit the Chat Box settings, please see this article.

Text Channel
- This enables the AI Sales Agent to text new and existing leads in your Lofty CRM.

Email Channel
- This enables the Sales Agent to reply to emails sent to your Sending Email. For more information on Sending Email, check out Sending Email Address.

Facebook Channel
- Connect your Facebook account to the AI Sales Agent to start receiving Facebook messages by your Sales Agent. Click here to learn more.
Team Enrollment
All teams are turned to ANY by default. Use the drop-down options to add or remove different members.

Agent
- Use this dropdown to enable/disable the AI Sales Agent for specific Agents in your office.

Office
- Use this dropdown to enable/disable the AI Sales Agent for specific Teams/Offices in your organization.

Lead Pond
- Use this dropdown to enable/disable the AI Sales Agent for specific Lead Ponds in your office.
Assistant Voice

Unknown Inbound Calls
- If checked - the Inbound Call Handler will answer phone calls from phone numbers that do not belong to a lead in your CRM. Create your conversation strategy and let AI do the rest!

Voice Type
- Choose your voice type (female or male) and hear a preview of the voice before settling

Receiving Number
- Choose which number the AI will answer ( AI number, or personal number)

Applied Numbers
- Choose between unknown callers, untouched leads, or both.

Active Hours
- You can choose what hours the AI Sales Agent will be able to text your leads.
- Note: Most communication from the AI Sales Agent is triggered by lead activities. Meaning, it will text leads when they take action on your website. Reducing the Active Hours could prevent the AI Sales Agent from texting your leads when they have website activity.

- You can choose which days the Sales Agent will be able to text your leads.
