What AI Lead Health Analysis Does
When you run an analysis, AI reviews your leads and generates a structured report that includes:
An overview of your full lead set
A data health check to spot missing or incomplete fields
Lead segmentation into actionable priority groups
Dynamic, AI-generated insights tailored to your data
This report is designed to help you clean up your database, focus on the best opportunities, and build an efficient follow-up plan.
Where to Start the Analysis (Entry Points)
You can run AI Lead Health Analysis in two ways:
1) After Lead Import
Once your lead import completes:
You’ll see a Call to Action: “Start Analyzing My Imported Leads.”
Click to open AI Copilot, which automatically starts the analysis.
You’ll also receive an email notification prompting you to run the health check.
This is the recommended path right after bringing in a new batch of leads.
2) Through AI Copilot Anytime
You can trigger lead analysis directly from AI Copilot using natural language, for example:
“Analyze all my leads”
“Check my lead quality”
“Find my high-priority leads”
Copilot will begin analyzing your leads and generate the report in the same format.
How to View the Report
After analysis completes, you can open the report from:
Notification Center - In the Action section
AI Copilot - In your Copilot thread
Understanding Your Lead Analysis Report
Your report is divided into four main sections:
1) Overview & Key Insights
A high-level snapshot of your database, including:
Total number of leads analyzed
Distribution across lead categories
Key insights highlighting the most important takeaways
Use this section to get an immediate sense of your overall lead quality and where your focus should go.
2) Data Health Check
A detailed review of data completeness. AI flags issues like:
Missing phone number or email
Missing budget
Missing location
You’ll also see charts and percentages that help you quickly assess data quality at a glance.
Why it matters: clean data improves routing, prioritization, and conversion rates.
3) Lead Segmentation
AI organizes leads into clear, actionable groups:
High-Value Leads
Leads with strong potential and complete enough data to act on now.Need Review Leads
Leads that show promise but require a quick check or clarification.Require Nurturing Leads
Leads that aren’t ready yet but could convert with consistent follow-up.Dormant / No-Data Leads
Leads missing critical basic information and likely needing data enrichment before they can be used.
Each segment includes explanations and examples so you understand why leads landed there and what to do next.
4) Dynamic Insights
This is the “smart” part of the report: AI generates insights based on your leads, such as:
Source Insights
Which lead sources perform best, and which tend to bring incomplete or lower-quality data.Action Plan
Recommended next steps, including quick fixes, longer-term improvements, and automation opportunities.
Note: This section varies per user and per analysis, depending on what AI finds in your data.
Usage Limits
To keep performance fast and insights fresh:
You can run Lead Health Analysis once per day.
Each run can analyze up to 500 leads at a time.
Best Practices
For the most value from AI Lead Health Analysis:
Run it right after importing new leads to confirm quality before outreach.
Use it for periodic database cleanups, especially if your lead sources change.
Address Data Health Check gaps first to improve segmentation accuracy.
Follow the Action Plan in Dynamic Insights to build a sustainable lead workflow.
