What can an AI Sales Assistant do?

To put it simply, the AI Assistant is a built-in Lofty assistant that takes all of the brainwork out of using the system. Instead of fiddling with filters or notifications to find your high-priority leads for the day, you can just ask the AI Assistant, "Show me the leads who were on my website this week that have a valid phone number", then ask it to draft a mass text to all of those leads. This can be completed in seconds, instead of the minutes to hours it could take to manually complete this task. 

AI Call Summaries

An AI Assistant can summarize key points from call recordings and suggest next steps after a call ends! 

*Note: Call Summaries are only available on calls made from the AI Assistant chat window. Call recording must be enabled. 

Daily Recommended Actions

AI Assistant is designed to take the thought work out of how you plan to spend your day in Lofty. One way it accomplishes this is with its Contextual Recommendations.

Here is an example of a recommendation that you might see when you first sign in to Lofty: 

It reviews your highest-priority leads and tasks. You can continue the conversation to respond to your high-priority leads, review your inbox, and start working through your daily task list. Starting your day by clearing out your highest-priority items with AI Assistant ensures you are set up for success. 

The AI Assistant can also give you specific recommendations based on where you are in the platform. In the example below, you'll find the recommendations AI Assistant gives when on a specific lead's profile. Instead of needing to go back through your notes and activities, you have a helpful summary and action items right at the top of the page.

Contextual Conversations

The AI Assistant can use past conversations and lead activities as context to craft more relevant responses. 

What does this mean? It can see the past activities, text, emails, etc., and craft messages based on what you've talked about with that lead. 

Task Management

The AI Assistant is directly connected to your tasks, putting your priorities front and center. It helps you quickly identify what needs your attention most, schedule new tasks with ease, and even recommends next steps to keep you on track.

You can use natural - language conversations to enable the AI to manage your daily work tasks more efficiently. This includes the following:

You love Lofty because of how much data you can see about your lead. But we understand that it can be overwhelming! If you are getting ready to call a lead, you don't want to scroll through their entire profile to get context. Now, the AI Assistant is built into the lead's profile to give you helpful insights and help you manage that relationship. 

Leverage AI to better manage lead profile information, including the following:

• Create New Lead
  • Create a new lead for me with their contact details.
• Find New Leads
  • Do I have any new leads today?
• Check Lead Counts
  • How many buyer leads do I have?

Search for Properties

The AI Assistant is connected to your Listings tab, so you can enter your search criteria in the AI chat prompt, and it will return all of the listings that match. 

Retrieve property information via natural-language conversations and forward it to the lead. For instance, "Find properties between 2,500 and 3,000 square feet, priced below $800,000".

AI-Powered Follow-Up Recommendations

The AI Assistant can help identify which leads need your attention, or which leads you haven't reached out to in a while that deserve a call. Then, it can help you draft the messages to those leads. 

If you're responding to a text or an email, and want the AI to help you craft a message, you can click on the AI Magic button to open the prompt. It can help you with a variety of messages, such as:

• Schedule Viewing: Recommend a personalized property viewing experience
• Provide More Similar Properties: Suggest additional properties similar to the lead’s interests.
• Introduce Myself: Craft a professional self-introduction message tailored to the lead.
• Follow-Up Message: Generate timely follow-up messages to maintain engagement.

Generate New, or Reply to, Emails or Texts

You can use the AI Assistant to draft one-off or mass texts and emails. Instead of opening your lead's profile, you can type the message and send it directly in the AI chat prompt.

You can also use AI to reply to a previous email or text message. When you click the AI button to activate the AI capabilities, the AI will review the previous email or text message and offer a corresponding response. After clicking on a suggestion, a customized email or text message can be directly generated.

Insert Property Listings

The AI Assistant can search for and insert listings into the messages it helps you craft.

Text Rewriting and Optimization

The AI Assistant can help you rewrite and optimize multiple formats of text - SMS, email, blog, social, etc. 

Ask Product Questions

Get instant answers to your questions about Lofty. For example, "How do I create a CMA in Lofty?" 

Check Open Tickets

Instead of calling into Lofty Support or sending an email requesting an update, you can get an instant update from the AI Assistant. All you have to do is say "I'd like to request an update on my open tickets" in the AI chat prompt. 

Report lssues

Now you can report issues directly with the AI Assistant. Simply type your issue in the AI Prompt, and it will assist you.

Submit Feedback

You can use the AI Assistant to submit feedback about the Lofty product. Type "I have some suggestions for Lofty", then your feedback, and it will go straight to our Product Managers. 

Web Search

The AI Assistant can find general information for you off the web. Enable Web Search by clicking the “+” button in chat. The Assistant can automatically perform web searches when needed, even if the toggle is not enabled. When Web Search is used, the Assistant displays source links directly in its response to improve transparency and trust. Click sources to view the original web content.

File Upload

Upload a file so the Assistant can answer questions and complete tasks using your own documents and files.

Supported File Types

• Images: JPG, PNG

• Documents: PDF, Word, Text

• Data: CSV, Excel

File Limits: Up to 5 files per conversation.

Offline Tasks

Long or complex requests are automatically converted into offline tasks. The Assistant will notify you when the task is complete.

Q: Is there a daily limit?
A: If you joined Lofty after March 5th, 2025, each user on your account gets unlimited conversations with the Lofty AI Assistant. If you joined before then, you can still use Lofty AI Assistant for 10 conversations per day.
