The AI Assistant can create multi-step task plans to help you stay on top of lead follow-ups. Instead of setting each reminder manually, the AI Assistant generates a sequence of emails, texts, and call tasks based on your needs so you can focus more on building relationships.

This feature is currently being BETA tested! You may or may not have this feature available to you.

What Are Multi-Step Tasks?

Multi-step tasks are automated follow-up plans created by AI. Each plan can include:

• AI Emails – Personalized emails drafted and sent automatically.

• AI Texts – Messages drafted and sent automatically.

• Call Tasks – Reminders for you to make important calls.

These tasks appear in two places for easy access:

• The Lofty AI Calendar View (can be turned on/off).

• 

• The Lead Detail Timeline (visible on the lead’s page).

How to Create a Multi-Step Task Plan

You can start a task plan in two ways:

1. When viewing a new lead, AI Assistant will automatically suggest a follow-up plan.

   1. 

2. By asking the AI Assistant directly – Type a request such as “send weekly emails” or “set up a 3-step follow-up,” and Copilot will draft the plan for you.

Once a plan is created, you’ll be able to:

• Review the suggested tasks.

• Adjust timing or message content.

• Activate the plan once you’re happy with it.

How Task Plans Work

• When activated, the AI Assistant will automatically schedule the tasks for you.

• If the lead replies during the plan, all remaining tasks stop, and you’ll be notified so you can respond personally.

• You can edit or cancel tasks at any time in the calendar view or lead timeline.

FAQs

Can I edit AI-generated tasks?

No. You can continue using your manual task workflow if you prefer.

What if my lead replies during a plan?
The AI Assistant immediately pauses all remaining tasks and alerts you to respond directly.
