Introduction

Team Owners or Admins can edit the profile and email signatures of their team members. For more information on what these fields include, see the following: Complete your Lofty Profile.

Edit Team Member Profiles and Email Signatures

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Click on Agent under the Team section
3. Make sure you are on the Agent List
4. Click on the Edit icon next to the name of the user whose information you want to edit
5. Edit the Agent details. This includes all the information previously mentioned in this Help Center article: Complete your Lofty Profile.
