What can Copilot do?
To put it simply, Copilot is a built-in Lofty assistant that takes all of the brainwork out of using the system. Instead of fiddling with filters or notifications to find your high-priority leads for the day, you can just ask Copilot "show me the leads who were on my website this week that have a valid phone number", then ask it to draft a mass text to all of those leads. This can be completed in seconds, instead of the minutes-to-hours it could take to manually complete this task.
It is made up of three different AI Agents - Navigator, Copywriter, and TechXpert.
Navigator
Navigator offers daily recommended actions, considering lead priorities and user context. It enables contextual conversations, manages daily tasks like checking to - dos and scheduling appointments through natural language. It also aids in lead communication, lead management, and searching for property listings to forward to leads.
Daily Recommended Actions
Navigator is designed to take the thought work out of how you plan to spend your day in Lofty. One way it accomplishes this is with its Contextual Recommendations.
Here is an example of a recommendation that you might see when you first sign in to Lofty:
It reviews your highest-priority leads and tasks. You can continue the conversation to respond to your high-priority leads, review your inbox, and start working through your daily task list. Starting your day by clearing out your highest-priority items with Copilot ensures you are set up for success.
Navigator can also give you specific recommendations based on where you are in the platform. In the example below, you'll find the recommendations Copilot gives when on a specific lead's profile. Instead of needing to go back through your notes and activities, you have a helpful summary and action items right at the top of the page.
Contextual Conversations
Navigator can use past conversations and lead activities as context to craft more relevant responses.
What does this mean? It can see the past activities, text, emails, etc. and craft messages based on what you've talked about with that lead.
Task Management
Navigator is directly connected to your tasks, putting your priorities front and center. It helps you quickly identify what needs your attention most, schedule new tasks with ease, and even recommends next steps to keep you on track.
You can use natural - language conversations to enable the AI to manage your daily work tasks more efficiently. This includes the following:

Now, Navigator is built in to the lead's profile to give you helpful insights and help you manage that relationship.

Navigator is connected to your Listings tab, so you can enter your search criteria in the AI chat prompt and it will return all of the listings that match.

Effortlessly create high-quality content for email and text communications, SEO, blogs, landing pages and more. Copywriter is a timesaving rockstar that you’ll love having on the team.
In the email or text editor, Copywriter AI can analyze lead info to suggest actions like scheduling viewings. It can generate new emails/texts, reply to previous ones, rewrite and optimize content, and insert property listings.
AI-Powered Follow Up Recommendations
Copywriter can help identify which leads need your attention, or which leads you haven't reached out to in a while that deserve a call. Then, it can help you draft the messages to those leads.
If you're responding to a text or an email, and want the AI to help you craft a message, you can click on the AI Magic button to open the prompt. It can help you with a variety of messages, such as:
- Schedule Viewing: Recommend a personalized property viewing experience
- Provide More Similar Properties: Suggest additional properties similar to the lead’s interests.
- Introduce Myself: Craft a professional self-introduction message tailored to the lead.
- Follow-Up Message: Generate timely follow-up messages to maintain engagement.
Generate New, or Reply to, Emails or Texts
You can use Copilot to draft one-off or mass texts and emails. Instead of opening your lead's profile, you can type the message and send it directly in the AI chat prompt.
You can also use AI to reply to a previous email or text message. When you click the AI button to activate the AI capabilities, the AI will review the previous email or text message and offer a corresponding response. After clicking on a suggestion, a customized email or text message can be directly generated.
Insert Property Listings
Copilot can search for, and insert, listings into the messages it helps you craft.
Text Rewriting and Optimization
Copywriter can help you rewrite and optimize multiple formats of text - SMS, email, blog, social, etc.
TechXpert
