Introduction

The Lofty Learning Center, which contains video training and tutorials on Lofty's features and products, has been renamed to Videos and Tutorials in the CRM. These videos are exclusive to Lofty users and can only be accessed through your Lofty account. This article will show you how to find the Videos and Tutorials section. 

Where are the Videos and Tutorials?

The Videos and Tutorials section is located in the "?" menu in the Lofty CRM. All Lofty users, including Lender accounts, have access to the Lofty Learning Center.
