Introduction
The Dashboard shows you general information and updates within your CRM. This article will provide an overview and explain what is displayed under each section of the Dashboard.
Note: The Dashboard sections available to you may depend on your account Permissions.
Summary
Dashboards
When first logging into Lofty, the first thing displayed will be the Dashboard. If you are an account owner or admin, you will see both a Company/Office Dashboard as well as My Dashboard. If you are not an admin, you will only see My Dashboard.
The Company/Office Dashboard will display information for the entire Company or Office.
My Dashboard will only display information for the agent that is logged in.
To navigate to the Dashboard from any other page within Lofty, click on the Lofty logo:
Dashboard Breakdown
The dashboard can be updated to reflect your daily or weekly priorities. The cards displayed on the dashboard can also be rearranged, so the information that is most important to you is at the top.

New Updates and Announcements
The New Updates card offers advertising opportunities for your listings and links you to Lofty's latest product update Help Center article.
The Announcements card provides an opportunity to share important announcements with your Company. Learn more about the announcements card here: Dashboard Announcement Board
Today's/Weekly Opportunities
Depending on the board scope, this card will display your high opportunity leads from today/this week.
Today's/Weekly New Leads
This card displays newly acquired leads from today/this week. Click the settings cog wheel to set these leads up with automated communications.
Need Keep In Touch
This card displays leads that have a birthday in the next 2 weeks or in the next month.
Transactions
The Transactions card reminds you of tasks or important dates related to transactions. Click the settings cog wheel to adjust the notification period.
Today's/Weekly Tasks
This card lists your tasks that are due today/this week.
Appointments and Showings
The Appointments card lists your scheduled appointments and showings for today/this week.
Hot Sheets
The Hot Sheets card allows you to navigate directly to your saved listing hot sheets.
